1️⃣ Today is the due date to file GSTR-3B <= Rs. 5 Cr. (Monthly) without any late fee and Interest @9% p.a. for the month of Mar-21.


2️⃣ W.e.f. 21.05.2021, Late Fees and Interest @18% p.a. shall be levied.


3️⃣ E-way bill integrated with FasTag, RFID. GST authorities to get real-time data of commercial vehicles.


4️⃣ Important Change in E-way Bill Rules - Rule 138E, for the words “in respect of a registered person, whether as a supplier or a recipient, who, —” the words „‟in respect of any outward movement of goods of a registered person, who, —” shall be substituted. NN -15/2021.

So far over 3 crore taxpayers have logged into the portal and have successfully completed various transactions. Even as the portal makes sustained progress with crores of taxpayers successfully performing transactions, the Company acknowledges the difficulties some users continue to experience and is working expeditiously, in collaboration with the Income Tax Department, to further streamline end-user experience," the company said in a BSE filing on September 23. Centre-State action to plug GST revenue leak

  GST officers of Andhra Pradesh and the Central governments met here on Thursday to discuss ways to plug revenue leak through coordinated efforts and information sharing. They have drawn up an action plan to monitor and pursue cases where GST returns were not filed, particularly in businesses with a turnover of over `5 crore. In the last four years since the implementation of GST, the major source of revenue leakage has been the unlawful or bogus claims related to Input Tax Credit (ITC) with fictitious invoices, according to the officials.
